With high-luminance light source which has specific optical characteristics and light detector, this device is able to fast, accurately and sensitively online detect microsize pinhole in metal sheets.
The duplex slitter is composed by 3 servo motors. One for the 1st chain, one for the 2nd chain and the 3rd one for the pusher. All the servo motors are synchronized by the PLC. The 1st slitter process the strip and deliver to the 2nd feed table by regular mechanical drop bar or magnetic drop bar.
