Estes MP series Big Can Leak Tester is an advanced air pressure leak detection system. It's a new generation of metal container leak-proofness detection equipment which is researched and developed by Estes independently base on Estes' years of experience of leak detection technology and its technical level of whole machine is on the leading position in the industry in the present world. This product is suitable for all kinds of metal containers, especially for detecting the Big diameter can and milk powder can sealed with Peel off ends.                                                                                                                                                          During the detection process, empty cans are led in by an infeed screw, then go into the Sealing station. There is no need to fill in the air created by the compressor which may cause pollution to the can body. If any can leaks, the leakage even micro leakage from the can will cause an air pressure difference in the sealed chamber and this difference will be detected by a high accuracy pressure sensor; then PLC system will judge that this is a leaked can and it will be diverse to the conveyor especially for leaked cans.

The wrapping machines available in several models depending on the number of entry lanes, make rolls  of  sanitary  ends  (both  O.T.  and  E.O.E. Rectangular ends)  by  shrink  wrapping  them  with  plastic  micro perforated  film.  Plant  engineering  is  given  free  of  charge  to  fit  the  machines  into  any  required layout.  The  strong  and  wide  mechanical  construction  (all  stainless  steel)  makes  these  machines easy to clean and service.

Features including the packaging into plastic film sleeves, the flipped end detection and the related roll side discharge, make these wrapping machines the most attractive and reliable available in the  market for all production factories.

Its intelligent engineering also takes into consideration the need to change over diameters from time to time. Full set of models are available to cover sizes from 52mm to 200mm(width of feeding chute). Different end sizes can be packed at the same time.

This machine has been developed to automatically shrink wrap steel and aluminum ends.

The counting of the ends is granted with a precision +/- 1 over one pallet and the packs dimensions are kept constant.

A special concept in handling the ends during the wrapping operation allows full stability for any type of end including Easy Open.

Welding and cutting of the film is performed by special replaceable metal bars.

After being wrapped with thermo-retractable plastic microperforated film, the rolls are conveyed automatically to the shrinking section.

The  ends  coming  from  the  production  lines  are separated into  a  stack  and  then  picked  up  by  a  gripper.The  gripper  moves  on  a  system  of  x-y  axies  and transports  the  stick  to  the  wrapping  station,where  it  is  wrapped  using  micro-perforated  plastic film,heat sealed longitudinally and then heat shrunk by hot air blowers during transport through a step roller conveyor to the outfeed of the machine.The machine can be tooled with one to 5 lanes and will conform to the required safety and accident prevention requirement.
