iTrax® Spray Controller (SC) Module

The iTrax® Spray Controller (SC) Module is a precise, accurate controller with PC-based graphical interface and integral self-diagnostics for automatic spray guns used in can manufacturing.

The iTrax® SC module provides precise, accurate timing controls and power electronics (gun drivers) for operating Nordson MEG® II , MEG®-IS, or A20A/A10A spray guns. Each module is fully compatible with other functional components of the

Nordson iTrax system, and will control one spray gun. In fact, spray timing, gun driver, and CleanSpray® nozzle cleaning functions are all integrated into one system, and completely compatible with the iTrax Spray Monitor and other iTrax products. This simplifies installation and operation. Features include digital timing control with easy-to-use graphical sliders and push button adjustments. The SC module is used with a touch screen or mouse, on a PC with Microsoft® Windows®*- based software.

The easy Spray Pressure Control, “ezSPC” maintains stable inside spray machine (ISM) gun pressures to ensure consistent film weights are applied for container coating. While the bypass feature thoroughly flushes the hydraulic circuit faster and easier.

  • Avoid cross contamination between multiple lacquers by thoroughly flushing the hydraulic circuit in quick bypass mode.

Advanced technology
Control film weights during manufacturing by maintaining consistent hydraulic pressure within the fluid system and save on material costs.
